With over 1700 stores Greggs the bakery is a household name. Using the SilverStripe CMS, aab web created a system allowing the client to have total control over their entire product list and all site content.
We developed a system to allow products to be placed in numerous places on the site and automatically pick out 'Quality Facts' which related to that product. Other highlights included a newsletter subscription and management system and sidebar widgets to control which content filters through to which pages.

The site also has a system for admins to manage those bookings through an easy to use CRUD interface. This interface provides the ability to see how many bookings have been made for each Bootcamp, which bookings have been paid for any by which method and also automatically controls the amount of places left based on confirmed bookings.

Our Process
1. Initial Meeting & Proposal
We meet with the client for a no strings discussion about their goals, ambitions and requirements for their website. We subsequently present them with a text based proposal outlining what we see as the best solution.
2. Wireframing
We lay out all the pages and the elements within them in the form of wireframe drawings which are submitted to the client for approval.
3. Design
Once approved we take the wireframes and turn them into beautiful clean design visuals which we once again present to the client for approval. Usually there is some further development of the visuals until the client is completely happy.
4. Development
Once the designs are approved we develop them into a fully functioning CMS controlled site and place it on our development server.
5. Testing
While stored on our development server content is added through the Content Management System and the site is tested and tweaked until it is ready to be deployed onto the live server for the world to see.
6. Launch!
When both we and the client are happy with the site it is launched to the world, while we all sit back and enjoy a glass of bubbly.

About us We are a small, young and passionate web studio that was started from a medium sized bedroom in North London. Since then we have worked with clients of all sizes from large Corporations like the NHS and Moving Picture Company to individuals like artist Dorothea Wight and Architectural Artist, Linda Mirtcheva, giving each the highest level of service and commitment.
Not only do we love creating websites (and we genuinely do), but also the process of interacting with clients to find out what makes their business special. We can then use our knowledge of the web to develop an online presence that achieves all of the goals laid out in the brief. We do this while remaining friendly, respectful and professional. This is why so many of our clients go on to recommend us to their friends and associates.
About our sites Our sites are special. We craft each and every one to the very highest standards at every stage. Our code is fully compliant with the guidelines set by the W3C and the Content Management System we use (SilverStripe) is one of the fastest growing user bases in its field. Each site we build has been thought through from start to finish, from the initial wireframes to the final coded implementation, we make sure nothing is overlooked.
About SilverStripe CMS We chose to use SilverStripe from the countless
other CMS products out there because of its fantastic usability, both for the client's editing content and for us, the developers
building sites with it. Its strongest selling point however is sheer flexibility, managing to avoid many of the limitations that other Systems impose. Best of all it's an open-source project, so it's cost
effective and you will never have trouble finding a developer who knows how your site works.
